Still, Love Remains Beautiful

When we speak of “love,” we often think of “secrets,” because it is something that happens between two people, who must build it together and nurture it through every challenge. In the beginning, love is always beautiful— a time when both share, understand each other, and offer goodness and positive energy. But after a while, the sweetness fades, replaced by routine. Each person demands more from the other, leading to hurt feelings and battles for control. When love grows dull, at some point we learn and understand that nurturing sweetness in a relationship is a shared responsibility. True, beautiful love is neither about neglecting yourself nor loving others too much, but about striking a balanced harmony between loving others and loving yourself.
