I find myself smiling without even realizing it.
The cherry is what makes me grateful to be alive,
a joy that comes without expectation.

Having a heart like a cherry isn’t about seeing the world through rose-colored glasses or sugarcoating pain.
It’s not toxic positivity that blinds us to reality.
