This book will explain the characteristics and personality of your little heart, as well as how to befriend it. Sometimes, confronting our own minds is difficult and frightening. Therefore, approaching it from an outsider’s perspective, calling our mind ‘little heart,’ can alleviate fear and difficulty. I wrote this book hoping that your mind will move closer to better health, even if only one step at a time. And I pray that these messages will reach those with mental health issues, whether they are people around me, many people, or anyone else.
